This past month, we looked at various passages in the New Testament that discuss cultural and ethnic tensions. We’ve mined these stories for insight and have hopefully begun to apply them in a relevant way in 2020. Women Disciples will periodically revisit these conversations because the good work that God is doing in all of us is hardly finished, yet I am grateful this Thanksgiving that God promises to do exactly that—finish that good work. I look to the future, hopeful that we as Women Disciples will take our next faithful step in this journey and see our faith become movement.
